Ingredients

  • 8 scoops Carte D'or Chocolate Inspiration Ice Cream 200g/400ml
  • 4 3/4 tablespoons white chocolate
  • 4 3/4 tablespoons dark chocolate
  • 5/8 cup whipping cream
  • 1 1/8 tablespoons hazelnuts roughly chopped

Method

  • Break the white and dark chocolate into separate glass bowls.
  • Heat the cream to boiling point. Pour half the cream onto the dark chocolate and half onto the white chocolate. Stir to melt.
  • Scoop 1 ball of Carte D'Or Chocolate Inspiration Ice Cream into each of 4 sundae glasses.
  • Spoon a large tablespoon of dark chocolate sauce over the ice cream.
  • Top with a second scoop of Carte D'Or Chocolate Inspiration Ice Cream.
  • Pour the white chocolate sauce over the ice cream.
  • Decorate with chopped hazelnuts and serve immediately.
