Ingredients
- 8 scoops Carte D'or Chocolate Inspiration Ice Cream 200g/400ml
- 4 3/4 tablespoons white chocolate
- 4 3/4 tablespoons dark chocolate
- 5/8 cup whipping cream
- 1 1/8 tablespoons hazelnuts roughly chopped
Method
- Break the white and dark chocolate into separate glass bowls.
- Heat the cream to boiling point. Pour half the cream onto the dark chocolate and half onto the white chocolate. Stir to melt.
- Scoop 1 ball of Carte D'Or Chocolate Inspiration Ice Cream into each of 4 sundae glasses.
- Spoon a large tablespoon of dark chocolate sauce over the ice cream.
- Top with a second scoop of Carte D'Or Chocolate Inspiration Ice Cream.
- Pour the white chocolate sauce over the ice cream.
- Decorate with chopped hazelnuts and serve immediately.
