Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 14 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 quart canned tomato, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen corn
  • 2 cups pasta

Method

  • In a large skillet, brown ground beef with onion and green pepper.
  • Drain and add the salt, pepper, paprika, tomatoes, mustard, brown sugar and vinegar.
  • Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Add the corn and continue to cook for another 15 minutes.
  • Cook the pasta in boiling water and drain.
  • Add the pasta to the ground beef mixture, stir to combine and serve.
