- 2 Tbsp. soft butter
- 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
- 4 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
- 16 oz. pumpkin
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 3 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Stir together butter, graham crackers and pecans.
- Press over bottom of buttered 9 x 3-inch spring-form pan and refrigerate.
