Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 c. butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 3 to 4 c. flour
Method
- Cream butter until soft.
- Add sugar and blend well.
- Add eggs and extract and mix well.
- Add flour just enough to handle.
- Press into molds, making as thin as possible.
- Bake until light brown. Cool in tins, then remove.
