Ingredients

  • 4 turkey breast
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp oil (I use olive)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1/4 all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cup WHOLE milk
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomato drain
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Tenderize the turkey by beating with a heavy utensil
  • Sprinkle with salt pepper and garlic powder
  • Heat up the oil in skillet and cook the breasts.
  • Transfer to plate lined with paper towels.
  • Add butter to the undrained skillet and once it melts add onions and stir often.
  • Sprinkle flour over the onion and cooolk stirring constantly for about a minute.
  • Slowly,whisk in milk,then broth.
  • Let it simmer to thicken (about 6 mins) and whisk in tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add turkey to skillet, drowned in gravy and let simmer about a minute or two and serve.
