Ingredients
- 10 potatoes, cooked and diced
- 1/2 lb. processed chicken, diced
- 1 large onion, cut up
- 1 small jar pimentos (optional)
- 1/2 green pepper, cut up
- parsley
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 lb. oleo, melted
Method
- Combine all ingredients in casserole, except melted oleo. Pour oleo over all; mix well.
- Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
- Take out 1 hour before baking (room temperature). Keep covered and bake 1 hour.
- Stir before serving.
- Bake at 350°. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
