Ingredients

  • 10 potatoes, cooked and diced
  • 1/2 lb. processed chicken, diced
  • 1 large onion, cut up
  • 1 small jar pimentos (optional)
  • 1/2 green pepper, cut up
  • parsley
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 lb. oleo, melted

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in casserole, except melted oleo. Pour oleo over all; mix well.
  • Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
  • Take out 1 hour before baking (room temperature). Keep covered and bake 1 hour.
  • Stir before serving.
  • Bake at 350°. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
