Ingredients
- 1 (18 1/4 oz.) package yellow cake mix
- 1 (3.4 oz.) instant butterscotch pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- Optional: whipped cream
Method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds, then beat on medium for 4 minutes.
- Pour into a greased bundt pam.
- Bake 55 to 60 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
- (Mixture will be thick.)
