Ingredients
- 1 (5 lb.) box chicken
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- butter or margarine (optional)
Method
- Wash and dry chicken.
- Dip and coat each piece with mayonnaise, then flour.
- Salt and pepper each piece before or after coatings according to taste and preference.
- Place coated chicken in baking pan.
