Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. CLASSICO Basil Pesto di Genova
- 8 slices multi-grain bread
- 1-1/3 cups sliced roasted red peppers
- 8 slices prosciutto (160 g)
- 4 Cracker Barrel Havarti Cheese Slices
- 2 cups tightly packed baby arugula
Method
- Mix mayonnaise and pesto until blended.
- Spread 4 bread slices with mayonnaise mixture; top with peppers, prosciutto, cheese and arugula.
- Cover with remaining bread slices.
