Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2/3 c. plain yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. minced flat leaf parsley
- salt
- white pepper
Method
- Stir mustard, salt and white pepper to taste.
- Add lemon juice; stir well to dissolve.
- Blend all ingredients.
- Mix in yogurt until thoroughly incorporated, then vigorously stir in oil. Sprinkle parsley over top.
- Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
