Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except tomato soup and water.
- Mix well.
- Shape into small balls about 1 inch in diameter and put in a 1-quart casserole.
- Combine soup and water and pour over the meatballs.
- Cover and bake in a moderate oven at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 30 minutes more.
