Ingredients
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 box (8 oz.) Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Method
- Combine all ingredients and pour into lightly greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
