Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 pkg (125 g) Brie cheese
- crackers and French bread
Method
- MELT butter in frying pan.
- Add pecans and cook until golden.
- Add sugar and cook 1 more minute, stirring constantly.
- SLICE skin from top of cheese.
- Top with pecan mixture.
- BAKE at 350F (180C) for 10 minutes.
- Serve with crackers and French bread.
