Ingredients
- 6 to 8 slices bacon
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 4 c. cubed raw potatoes
- 2 c. water
- 2 cans undiluted cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans milk
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Cook bacon until crisp.
- Use 3 tablespoons fat and cook onion until transparent.
- Add potatoes and water.
- Cook until tender. Then add 2 cans undiluted cream of chicken soup and 2 cans milk. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat, but do not boil.
- Serve garnished with crushed bacon and parsley.
