Ingredients
- 2 1/8 cups whole milk the coldest the better
- 7 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 plain yogurt
- 2 eggs
- tangerine zest or lemon
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Method
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Lightly grease the baking tray with butter.
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together then pour into the prepared tray and bake for 55 minutes. It's normal for it to rise while it's in the oven and to drop once it has cooled.
