Ingredients
- 2 lb. hash browns
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 pt. sour cream
Method
- Mix all ingredients well and pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
