Ingredients
- 1 pound lean pork cut into 1/4 inch cubes
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can mild diced green chilies
- 5 c. water
- 1 can hot green chilies
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/4 tsp. Oregano
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
Method
- Put in crock-pot and cook all day on low or simmer in dutch oven until done.
- I thicken it with cornstarch and water mixture to the consistency I like.
