Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sour cream
- paprika
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Method
- Shred potatoes into greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Melt butter in saucepan; add onion, sour cream, soup and cheese.
- Spread evenly over potatoes and mix well.
- Top with paprika and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Serves 10.
