Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 c. chopped pecans, divided
Method
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add onion, pineapple, seasoned salt and 1 cup pecans, mixing well.
- Shape into a ball. Roll in remaining pecans.
- Chill 2 hours.
