- 14 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 12 teaspoon sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 18 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 cup vegetable oil
Method
- In a jar with a lid, mix vinegar, lemon juice, yogurt, mustard, garlic, sugar, salt, pepper and hot sauce.
- Add oils, cover tightly and shake until well blended.
