Ingredients
- 2 lb. hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. onion flakes (may substitute 1 tsp. onion powder)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Method
- Thaw potatoes.
- Mix everything together and pour into 9 x 12-inch casserole.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
- Top with buttered corn flake crumbs the last 15 minutes of baking time.
- This can be mixed a day ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
