Ingredients
- 1 can Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Milk
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 5 ounces Water Chestnuts - Sliced
- 3/4 cup Celery - Chopped
- 8 ounces Cheddar Cheese - Shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 4 cups White Rice - Cooked
- 2 cups Chicken Breast- Cooked - Diced
Method
- Heat soup and milk over medium heat.
- Add Cheese and Seasoning, stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
- Add Rice, Chicken, Water Chestnuts and Celery to mixture and remove from heat.
- Place in an oven safe baking dish and Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
