Ingredients

  • 1 can Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 5 ounces Water Chestnuts - Sliced
  • 3/4 cup Celery - Chopped
  • 8 ounces Cheddar Cheese - Shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 cups White Rice - Cooked
  • 2 cups Chicken Breast- Cooked - Diced

Method

  • Heat soup and milk over medium heat.
  • Add Cheese and Seasoning, stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
  • Add Rice, Chicken, Water Chestnuts and Celery to mixture and remove from heat.
  • Place in an oven safe baking dish and Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
