Ingredients
- 4 tenderloin chops
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. apricot jam
Method
- Brown chops in butter; remove from pan and add onion to brown. When brown, add mixed mustard, vinegar and apricot jam.
- Cook until hot; add chops and serve over cooked rice.
