Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 5 medium baking potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
- pepper
- 1 onion, diced
Method
- In a small bowl, combine soup, paprika, onion and pepper.
- In a greased 2-quart baking dish, arrange potatoes in overlapping rows.
- Sprinkle with cheese; spoon soup mixture over cheese. Cover; bake at 400° for 45 minutes.
- Uncover; bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
- Potatoes should be fork-tender.
