Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 2 cans corn (1 undrained)
- 2 soup cans milk
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1 small green pepper
Method
- Saute onion and green pepper in butter.
- Blend all ingredients in crock-pot on high for 1 hour and on low for 2 to 3 hours.
- (I use 1 can of potato soup and cook about 5 cubed potatoes and add instead of second can of soup.)
