Ingredients
- 3 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 20 Ritz crackers, crumbled
- Cool Whip
Method
- Add sugar and vanilla to beaten egg whites.
- Beat again until firm.
- Stir in pecans and crackers.
- Pour into greased pie pan. Bake at 325° for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Top with Cool Whip.
