Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup Bisquick
  • 1/4 cup green creme de menthe
  • 3 eggs
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Method

  • preheat oven to 350
  • grease & flour 9 inch pie plate
  • mix first 5 ingredients with electric mixer
  • gently incorporate the 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • pour into pie plate
  • bake for 35 minutes, then cool for 45
  • in sauce pan, combine last 2 ingredients to make ganache
  • stirring constantly until smooth
  • spread chocolate over cooled cheesecake
  • refrigerate for at least 3 hours, covered
  • no crust needed as it makes it's own.
  • there is no alcohol taste, just minty goodness
