Ingredients
- 4 pork steaks (1/2-inch thick)
- 1 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
- 1 onion, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. beef stock
Method
- Arrange pork steaks in baking dish.
- Brown steaks in a 375° oven for 10 minutes.
- Add rice and sprinkle with salt and pepper over top.
- Sprinkle with mushrooms and onion.
- Pour stock over top.
- Place in a 375° oven for 30 minutes.
- Cover with foil.
- Cook 15 minutes more.
- Serves 4.
