- 4 slices French or sourdough bread, cut 1-inch thick
- butter or margarine, softened
- garlic salt
Method
- Spread bread with butter or margarine.
- Sprinkle with garlic salt.
- Place bread slices, buttered side up, on broiler pan. Broil 3 to 4-inches from heat for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
- Makes 4 servings.
