- 1 (8 oz.) can red kidney beans
- 1 (8 oz.) can wax beans
- 1 (8 oz.) can green beans
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 1 can water chestnuts, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Empty all cans into a colander. Drain well. Combine beans, water chestnuts, onion and garlic in a bowl. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over bean mixture; stir well. Cover and chill for 2 to 4 hours.
