Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) can red kidney beans
  • 1 (8 oz.) can wax beans
  • 1 (8 oz.) can green beans
  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1 can water chestnuts, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. onion, diced
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Empty all cans into a colander. Drain well. Combine beans, water chestnuts, onion and garlic in a bowl. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over bean mixture; stir well. Cover and chill for 2 to 4 hours.
