Ingredients
- 2 pork steaks
- 3/4 c. diced onion
- 3/4 c. rice
- 1 lg. can tomatoes
Method
- In 10-12 inch skillet, brown pork steaks in small amount of oil.
- Set aside.
- Brown rice and onion.
- Add in tomatoes.
- Chop into small pcs if necessary.
- Bring to boil.
- Add in pork steaks.
- Cover, reduce heat, simmer for 1 hour.
