Ingredients
- 2 cans Campbell's onion soup
- 1 stick butter
- 4 or 5 pork chops
- 2 c. Minute rice (raw)
Method
- Heat soup and butter until all melted. Do not dilute.
- Heat this in a 10-inch skillet.
- Then pour in 2 cups of rice. Mix well. Place 4 or 5 pork chops on top of rice mixture.
- Cut off extra fat from the pork chops.
- Spoon a little of the juice over chops. Bake at 350° for about 1 hour, uncovered, or until pork chops are nice and brown on top.
