Ingredients

  • 4 med. pork chops
  • 2 c. sliced raw potato
  • 1 med. onion, sliced
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 6 tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. sliced carrots
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Method

  • Brown pork chops.
  • Place thinly sliced potatoes in greased baking dish.
  • Add in sliced onion and top with cheese.
  • Over this, place carrots, then pork chops.
  • Combine soup and lowfat milk, pour over chops.
  • Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  • Uncover and bake 30 min longer.
