Ingredients
- 1 pkg. butter pecan cake mix
- 1 pkg. instant coconut cream pudding mix
- 1/2 c. oil (Wesson or Crisco)
- 4 eggs (add one at a time)
- 1 c. hot water
- 1/4 c. poppy seed
Method
- Put first 4 ingredients in mixer and beat well.
- Add water and poppy seed; mix well.
- Bake at 325° until toothpick comes out clean (approximately 40 to 60 minutes).
- Makes 2 loaf pans or 4 small pans, only fill half full with mixture.
