Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. seafood seasoning
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. red or white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. frozen fish fillets
- 1/4 stick margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- parsley and/or paprika
Method
- Bring seafood seasoning, water, vinegar and salt to boil in large, shallow pan with a tight-fitting lid.
- Add frozen fish. (Do not use breaded or thawed fish.)
- Boil 7 1/2 minutes on each side for a total of 15 minutes.
- Remove from pan and place on cookie sheet.
- Stir lemon juice with margarine and drizzle part of mixture over fish.
- Sprinkle with parsley and/or paprika.
- Broil 2 or 3 minutes.
- Serve with remaining melted margarine.
