Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. seafood seasoning
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. red or white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. frozen fish fillets
  • 1/4 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • parsley and/or paprika

Method

  • Bring seafood seasoning, water, vinegar and salt to boil in large, shallow pan with a tight-fitting lid.
  • Add frozen fish. (Do not use breaded or thawed fish.)
  • Boil 7 1/2 minutes on each side for a total of 15 minutes.
  • Remove from pan and place on cookie sheet.
  • Stir lemon juice with margarine and drizzle part of mixture over fish.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and/or paprika.
  • Broil 2 or 3 minutes.
  • Serve with remaining melted margarine.
