Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
- 1/2 lb. to 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 loaf party rye bread
Method
- Brown sausage in skillet and drain.
- Add cheese to sausage in skillet and melt.
- Place by teaspoon on bread.
- Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
- Makes 20.
- These are great to prepare ahead and freeze, may take a little longer to brown.
