Ingredients
- 2 sticks oleo
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 oz. (1 c.) sour cream
- 1 small pkg. corn muffin mix
- 8 oz. (1 c.) whole kernel corn
- 8 oz. (1 c.) creamed corn
Method
- Melt oleo; add eggs and mix well with remaining ingredients. Bake in buttered casserole dish 30 minutes at 350°.
