Ingredients
- 2 large oranges
- 4 c. cranberries
- 2 c. sugar
Method
- Cut oranges into chunks, rind and pulp, removing all seeds. Wash and pick over berries.
- Place oranges, cranberries and sugar in the bowl of a processor.
- Process until coarsely chopped. Refrigerate until serving time.
- Freezes well.
