Ingredients
- 2 lb. Polish sausage
- 8 potatoes
- 1 medium head cabbage
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. water
- salt and black pepper to taste
Method
- Cut Polish sausage into desired lengths.
- Cut potatoes into quarters.
- Slice cabbage, pepper and onions.
- Put oil and water into large saucepan.
- Cook all ingredients together over medium-low heat until well done.
- (Can be prepared on grill.)
