Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. meat drippings
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Method
- Spoon flour into hot meat drippings. Blend over low heat until smooth. (You can brown it if you like brown gravy.) Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
