Ingredients

  • 5 lb. baking potatoes
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. onion salt
  • paprika or chopped parsley (garnish)

Method

  • Peel potatoes and
  • cut into cubes.
  • Cook until tender in boiling water.
  • Drain and place in a large bowl.
  • Add next five ingredients and beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Do not overbeat.
  • Spoon into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 50 minutes.
  • Makes 10 servings.
