Ingredients
- 1 pkg. scalloped potato mix
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, crushed
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 4 to 6 oz. pepperoni
- 4 to 6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Put potato slices and packet of seasoning mix into ungreased 2-quart casserole.
- Heat tomatoes, water and oregano to boiling; stir into potatoes.
- Mix in cheese and pepperoni (use as much or as little as you like).
- Arrange more cheese and pepperoni on top. Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes.
