Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. soft margarine
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Sift flour and sugar together and blend margarine into mixture.
- Add vanilla and blend the mixture together.
- Form into small balls and place onto cookie sheet a few inches apart.
- With the back of a fork, press the balls down making criss-cross pattern.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
