- 4 or 5 potatoes, sliced
- 1/4 c. green pepper, diced
- 1/4 c. onion, diced
- 1 c. mushroom or celery soup (dilute with 1/2 c. milk)
Method
- Layer veggies; cover with soup.
- Bake, covered, 1 hour at 375°.
- Uncover; finish baking until done.
