Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3 c. water
- 7 to 9 c. flour
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Knead until well mixed.
- Cover and let stand 20 to 30 minutes.
- Uncover.
- Knead again and roll into crust shapes (makes 3 to 4 crusts). Top with desired toppings. Bake at 425° for approximately 20 minutes.
