Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. Crisco
- 1 large can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
- 7 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1 c. sugar
Method
- Blend flour, milk and Crisco like pie crust.
- Roll out and put on cookie sheet.
- Mix pineapple, tapioca and sugar and put on cookie sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes at 400°.
