- 5 lb. ground meat
- 10 Tbsp. Tender Quick
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. red pepper
- 2 tsp. marjoram
- 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 3 tsp. Accent
- 2 Tbsp. Season-All
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. onion salt
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
Method
- Mix together real good.
- Put in refrigerator overnight.
- Next day, make out rolls on counter top (12 inches long).
- Use cookie sheets and bake at 325° for about 2 hours, turning often.
- Wrap in foil while warm.
- Keep in refrigerator or freezer.
- Can also use this recipe for deer jerky.
