Ingredients

  • 5 lb. ground meat
  • 10 Tbsp. Tender Quick
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. red pepper
  • 2 tsp. marjoram
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 3 tsp. Accent
  • 2 Tbsp. Season-All
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. onion salt
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup

Method

  • Mix together real good.
  • Put in refrigerator overnight.
  • Next day, make out rolls on counter top (12 inches long).
  • Use cookie sheets and bake at 325° for about 2 hours, turning often.
  • Wrap in foil while warm.
  • Keep in refrigerator or freezer.
  • Can also use this recipe for deer jerky.
