Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) can pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 3 c. hot water
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 bottles ginger ale
Method
- Dissolve sugar in hot water and combine with pineapple juice and lemon juice.
- Freeze.
- Before serving, partially thaw and add ginger ale.
