Ingredients
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- dash of salt and pepper
- 4 to 6 pieces of toast
Method
- Make white sauce by melting butter in top of double boiler, adding flour, milk and other ingredients and cooking until thick. Add chopped eggs and pour over toast.
- (White sauce can be prepared in microwave.)
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
