Ingredients
- 1 small head cabbage (1 1/2 to 2 lb.)
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/3 c. mild flavored vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
Method
- Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and rinse and dry it. Remove the core and grate the cabbage fine (this can be done in the food processor).
